Order Handling

After an order is successfully submitted, processing and fulfillment generally begin within 5 business days. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery timeframe is usually 10–20 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary based on the destination, customs procedures, carrier performance, local postal services, and other logistical factors.

International Shipping Delays

Please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import inspections, transportation interruptions, public holidays, or regional delivery delays. These circumstances may affect delivery times and are outside our direct control.

Shipment Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched. This email will include tracking details where available. Customers may use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress through international parcel tracking services.

Shipping Rates

A standard shipping fee of $2.99 USD applies to qualifying orders. Shipping fees may be adjusted when required by destination restrictions, carrier requirements, or special fulfillment conditions.

Delivery Availability

We offer shipping to many countries and regions. If delivery to your address is unavailable, we will notify you and may provide alternative solutions, including order modification or cancellation with refund.

Shipping Address Changes

Requests to update a shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order is placed. Address changes requested after this time may not be possible once processing has begun.

Billing and Delivery Information

The shipping address does not need to match the billing address. However, customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate, complete, and deliverable.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from Hong Kong or international logistics partner facilities depending on stock availability and shipping efficiency. Processing occurs on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
