Returns & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Requests

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is submitted before the order begins preparation, fulfillment, or shipment. If the cancellation is approved before processing starts, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers may submit a return request within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original delivered condition, and returned with its original packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required before any return or refund request can be processed. Acceptable proof may include an order number, order confirmation email, or payment receipt.

4. Return Approval

All returns require prior authorization from our support team. Please contact us before sending any item back. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is requested due to personal reasons, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs after the issue has been verified.

6. Fees

We do not apply restocking fees. Shipping fees, where applicable, are charged only once and will not be duplicated in connection with a return or refund.

7. Refund Processing

Returned items will be inspected after arrival. We will notify you once the refund request has been reviewed and whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the refund, please contact our support team.
